SHIPPING POLICY 

Postage and Handling 

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for postage and handling.  If you require your purchase faster than Australia Post’s normal delivery, we do offer a courier service please, please note this “special request” in your order and you will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery suitable to your needs.

Dispatch 

Once you have placed your order and the order has been paid for, you will receive a confirmation email, once you have received that confirmation we will dispatch your purchase within 5-10 working days.  We dispatch all orders within Australia via Australia Post for delivery details please go to www.auspost.com.au

RETURNS POLICY

If you deem this product to be defective or unsatisfactory, please return within 5 days of receipt of purchase with the remainder of product in its original packaging with receipt for a store credit or replacement product.  Please note the storage instructions for this product, as this will ensure longevity and freshness. As this product contains certified organic ingredients and is oven baked and one of the advantages is that we do not use chemicals, colourings or preservatives, it needs to be stored appropriately.

The Shelf Life of Our Product – We suggest you treat our product like fresh food.

Our "best before" date is a guide only. Our products contain no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, we use high quality certified organic ingredients, therefore we strongly recommend removing the product from it’s packaging, placing in an air tight container in a cool dry place, preferably your refrigerator.
